SMC accepts epoetin delta (Dynepo®) for treatment of anaemia in patients with chronic

The Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) has advised NHS Boards and Area Drug and Therapeutic Committees that epoetin delta (Dynepo®) is accepted for use within the NHS in Scotland for the treatment of anaemia in patients with chronic renal failure. It may be used in patients on or not on dialysis.
