My name is Pat, and I will be starting dental school this year. I am a non-traditional student as I graduated from undergrad in 1998. I have been a commercial real estate broker for the last 10 years. My primary niche in my business was working with dentists to help them with their real estate needs (including finding space, purchasing vs leasing, negotiating contracts and dealing w/ dental suppliers, architects). If anyone has any questions related to real estate for the dental office, I would be happy to help.
