I'm going to take IELTS and I don't know how to take note when I listen to a lecture.please give me some advices...<br />

Just get down as much as you can hear on your own, and try to keep it organized. Then, make a friend and compare notes. Chances are they got some stuff you missed. Also writing in a notebook is so much easier than trying to type it. Some people record their lectures, but listeing to it over gets tiring rewinding and fastforwarding to find what you missed. So my best suggestion is to just make a friend to compare notes with after lectures.

Make sure you listen out for words/ phrases you can make into headings - most lectures will be well structured, so if you get the headings you can fill bits in afterwards.
