hello iam a Indian and want to go 4 my higher studies to Canada.my gpa is 2.7 on a us scale of 4.community college with a diploma course is nothing but wasting time.can anyone suggest me a university which offers me a masters in electrical or computers.my ielts is 6.5 and i have sufficient funds for my education in India to sponsor me.<br />

2.7 from community college might just get you into a smaller arts and science univ, but you may have trouble getting into an engineering school. Masters and other graduate programs require B averages (3 and above) on paper and often A averages in practice.

I would strongly suggest contacting the schools and departments you might be interested in; start with the web and then approach them directly. There are several engineering schools Ontario including Toronto, Queens, Waterloo, Western and Ryerson; check larger schools in other provinces, too.
