Homeopathic and natural products realistically have next to no side effects. The only times they actually &quot;cause problems&quot; is allergic reactions (which can't be helped) and if there is a drug or medical condition that interferes or interacts with them.

The reason so many people don't believe in them is because different people respond differently to different supplements... some people notice no benefit from any given product, and some people have huge benefits from the same product.
Essentially, natural products give your body nutrition that it's lacking from other sources, which can help with all sorts of aspects of health and can assist in generally living better. That's why some products help with brain health (if your brain isn't getting enough nutrition), heart health (if your heart isn't getting enough nutrition), skin health (if your skin.... you get the point), etc.

If you have enough nutrition for a particular problem, the natural product won't help at all. For example, if you are getting enough fish in your diet, supplemental fish oil won't do anything for you.... but if you don't eat fish (or get the benefits from any other source), you can get all sorts of benefits for skin health, brain health, and cardiovascular health.


If you want to try some natural products, go ahead and give them a shot. I would not trust any of the 'supposed' homeopathic remedies that you would find at your local drug store.

Before you embark on homeopathic remedies for yourself or your kids, you should seek out a professional Homeopathic Doctor. An assessment has to be made of the whole person in order to find what remedy or remedies would be best suited. It is all about balancing the body, in all ways, so each person would be different.

As far as side effects go, that would be something the Homeopath would be able to tell you. I do know, that when you take the remedies, there are certain foods that you can not ingest. If you do mix these certain foods with the remedies, the remedies will not work.

any medicine which is used for a prolonged period can bound to have some side effect.but a very well chosen homeopathy drug may not at all induce any side effect but might give initial aggravation and bio chemical remedies are made in more or less identical way like homeopathy medicines and are classified as&quot; tissue remedies&quot; and not homeopathy remedies and you can give these remedies to your kids along side with allopathy medicines but not buying across the counter but by consulting the physician and with a wide gap between the two types of medication such as bio combination and allopathy.but my suggestion is to consult a homeopathy physician who will be able to identify the causative factor for the illness and prescribe accordingly for a complete cure and i wish your kids a rapid recovery and complete cure.
