Try your primary care doc. If its a spine problem see a nuerosurgeon who specializes in spine surgery not an orthopedic.

Go to a D. O. They are same as a family doc (MD) but have had additional training and education in alternative treatments. I have one and she is great.

Obviously...you have a problem with being NON-COMPLIANT. You have a mental health problem BIG TIME. No one is going to leave a lymphoma patient dangling. The multiple signs and symptoms for a 34 year old is another clue. You are on a downward spiral unless you stop the self sabotage. I am not saying you don't have serious problems but it is time to follow directions and to listen to a mental health professional. You didn't get that way overnite...so it isn't going to get fixed overnite either. You are your own worst enemy. Time to draw the line.
