i also have a thyroid problem. i have hashimoto's thyroditis. i have the same problem. i would stop coloring your hair for a while. also you could try to use some hair treatments or products that will give strength to your hair. i recommend pantene for these products. if this doesn't help i would go back to your doctor and get your blood tested again.
