Has anyone who is insulin dependent ever tried any of the "cleansing" treatments that homeopathy suggests?
Colonic, liver and gallbladder, total body cleansing?
Have you stopped all your diabetic meds while on these "natural cures?"

Homeopathy works on the idea of like symptoms. By giving substances, that in a healthy person would cause symptoms of sickness, the substance would cancel out symptoms of sickness in a sick person. Vaccinations kind of work this way, the problem is the substances might be toxic, so their deluted many many times, to almost nonexistance. Because of this delution, Homeopathy is considered safe, and seems to have the backing of empirical data.

Natural does not mean better or safe. And don't stop your medications unless your doctor tells you to. Have you discussed this with your doctor? If not, then you should.
