Anything taken internally can have a reaction. You might want to try some of the aromatherapy products available. Many of them work very well.
1. Pressure point therapy ( pinching the webbing between your thumb and first finger for at east 1 minute)
2. Peppermint oil rubbed on the forehead
3. Brown paper cut from a shopping bag, and cut the strip long enough to cover your forehead. Saturate the paper in Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). Squeeze out any excess and place on your forehead and cover with a nylon stocking so that it is secured tightly around you forehead. Lie still in a darkened room and with in a short time your head ache will disappear.

Yes, a lot of homeopathic medications react with prescription medications. There is a lot of good resources on line that will describe what is safe to take.

yes, many interact with conventional meds. you need to talk to your md or pharmacist --- they can do a DRR (drug regimin review) which is a computer program to look for interactions
even some foods can interact with conventional meds, such as grapefruit and dark green veggies with certain heart meds
