i have tried this it really works
if u have a dry or scaly skin its necessary to apply natural moisturiser like olive oil /almond oil /milk cream or milk with some turmeric on regularly for atleast 20min before having bath.file your nails whenever required, clean cuticles & avoid wearing a nail paint for long time.scrub your skin once in 2weeks.

for your hands and feet, apply this for twice a week.
take warm n chilled water separately in bowl...take milk creame or almond oil..sponge or tought piece of clothe...

put your hands in hot water for 10-15 mins. then kate them out n without making them dry put them in cold water for 10 mins. do this for 3-4 times...then make them half wet n apply milk creame with 1tsp honey and 1/2tsp.turmaric..mix it & apply it with gentle massage for 5-10 mins.
scrub your hands with sponge+normal water...then take 2-3 dropes of oil to apply on hands.
you can use the same therapy on feet.

n.b. dont face the direct hit of sun immidiate after performing this ....
all the best for goody result
