i have never been to a foot care place. exactly what do they do beside cut your toe nails?

soak your feet, rub the dead skin off. its freakin great. i would suggest trying it out

If by foot care you mean a podiatrist, they are doctors (not medical doctors, but doctors of podiatry) who specialize in disorders of the foot and ankle. This would include problems like heel pain, chronic sprains, foot deformities, diabetic foot problems, orthotic shoes, sports injuries etc.
