what is the best cheap foot scrub out there?

A tea spoon full of sugar mixed with vegie oil, or olive oil. Rub over your feet and rinse off with water. Great for the whole body as well. Enjoy. It doesn't come much cheaper than this.

What she said, only try cornmeal instead of sugar. The sugar tends to melt when rubbed in. Just use it over a towl as it will clog your drain!
