I suggest a good soak, scrub with the pumice stone, and then put good old Vaseline on thick and put on socks and sleep with them on. In the morning wash and lotion your feet. do this for several nights to get rid of all of the dead dirty skin. Then repeat 1 or 2 nights a week and you will maintain your soft clean feet.

Pumice is the best solution. Since skin flakes off (peels) over time, do this every day, wear socks, and buy insoles or replace your shoes.

i just don't think that the dirt would stay after all that soaking and scrubbing but anyway at bath and body works they have a foot scrub and it cleans and scrubs them up. also i soak my feet in warm water with conditioner and mouthwash in it i know it sound weird but the conditioner makes them soft and the mouthwash makes them feel new after a long day and it has anti bacterial properties in it.
