Foot soak. It softens the skin and makes it easier to remove.

Soak, file, scrub, cream. That's how I would do it.

Warm soak first, exfoliate with scrub, rinse, massage, moisturize. Enjoy!

Soak
Scrub
filing
lotion
Sleep in socks w/ lotion on underneath them

And quit wearing those birkenstocks! Those things rub callouses in the worst way!

File your dead skin first, then soak your feet and repeat. Soaking your feet will loosen up the dead skin also. When you apply the foot cream, put socks on right way. This keeps your feet really moist and soft.
