it reduces it yes cause waxing pulls not only the hair but the folical, i think i heard once that the hair that comes back actually comes back thiner.

It has reduced my hair growth. It took about a year to notice a difference.

Waxing reduces how fast your hair grows back. and it's thinner over time. But it doesn't make it stop.

Shaving can cause your skin to get darker. Hair grows faster, stubble, etc.
