Which books should I read ? How to arrange the whole precess?

Get some of the prep books. I used the books offered by Princeton Review, Kaplan, and Barrons. Also, do a lot of the practice tests. Make sure and study harder for the sections that are more difficult for you. Study a lot of vocabulary, because that will really help you in the verbal section.

As with most things, this becomes an issue of value.
If money were no object: Simply hire a private tutor
($50/hr * 4hrs/wk*12wks) = $2400

If money and time were no object: Enroll in a prep course.
These usually run around $1000, but it's also filled with other people mindlessly questioning every little detail for the duration of the course.

For the rest of us, time and money are at a premium:
Study 2-4 hours per week for 12 weeks using a $25-30 self-study course from Kaplan, ETS, Princeton Review, etc.
This option requires the most self-discipline, but is also the cheapest.

Any of these three methods are going to improve your chances to score in the 85+ percentile.

Practice, practice, practice. The GRE is not your normal test, if you know the traps in Quan. and try to add about 500 words to your vocab for Verb. you'll inevitably do quite well regardless of "natural intellect", "luck", etc.
