You can buy temporary filling kits in travel shops. You should be ok as the tooth is dead so it wont hurt. Are you sure you cant get to the dentist? I would. Otherwise just go carefully and try not to eat too much on that side and stay away from hard or chewy foods if possible.

x. you shouldnt get any pain from this tooth as the nerve was removed when you had the deep root canal filling, just be careful while your on holiday, keep it lear of food as much as possible to eliviate infection, but you must get it sorted as soon as you get home. there is a temporary filling kit available at hemist that could possibly give you a bit of protection while on holidays. good luck and enjoy your holiday. x

I had a root cannal about 6 months ago. my whole filling came out after 2 months and i have been living without it for 4 months. The only problem is that when you chew you food your food gets stuck in you cavity which is very annoying.

No u will not be poisioned. I hade root tereatment a few years ago and anybody reading this.......DON'T GET IT.

Ask 4 the tooth to be taken out, I ended up having to go to hospital 4 an opperation because the roots got pushed up into my jaw from other teeth growing in.

This is a dentists way of making more money.

I got 2 root treatments and they only stayed in 4 a couple of months, it doesn't work.

1 more thing you won't feel any pain because they take the nerve out from that tooth, so you should be ok till u come back from holiday. Go get the tooth out when you come back.

Oh, and have a nice holiday !!

it will not poisen you.
However, I would go back to the same Dentist and claim it as guarantee. If you dont care to pay, then just go see a Dentist on your holiday stay.
Maybe give the bill to your Dentist then ?
