I have pretty bad gum recession from an old root canal that has an infection. I had it frained and another root canal, which failed. I have been oil pulling and seeing a biological dentist getting ozone treatments. The good news is there is bone growth from the treatments, but my gum line has receded a lot, and has caused the tooth next to it to recede as well. <br />
