I took rootcanal treatment on friday dec 7th on tooth # 19, but after that I had severe pain so I went back to the doctor on monday dec 10th and found out that I had other tooth infected too. so I did rootcanal on tooth # 18 on that day. now I have new problem the tooth next to tooth #19 is troubling me. whenever the I join my teeth together the tooth beside the tooth #19 has a little pain whih makes my tooth # 19 hurt more. what do you think the problem might be. do you think ther is still infection in tooth # 19 and why does the tooth beside the tooth # 19 bother me. it makes me hard to sleep because I cannot join my teeth which ultimately hurts my tooth # 19. will there be pain in the tooth after three or four days after root canal treatment. why do you think my tooth beside irratate it. plaese answer me if you know?<br />

go back to your dentist and get an x-ray. maybe the filling needs to be adjusted. or maybe you have another infection.

Depends on the extent of the problem before the rootcanal. If you had an abscess then it will not immediately resolve and you could be feeling that. It might feel like its coming from another tooth, but if could be the original infection still resolving. Have your dentist check again if the pain continues.

i think that when your dentist placed the final filling on tooth 19 he didnt adapt the filling well in the gingival area near the tooth that hurts now..so when you bite the filling pushes down on your gums and hurts..ask your doctor to take a radiograph and check clinically for an overextended filling..

The question that I would ask you is if you were on antibiotics before the procedure because, and If the dentist filled the Root Canal the same day? Because from what you have said you should have been on antiboitics for a couple of days and that canal shouldn't have been filled the same day
