You mean you using one while you're doing... um, something to her? If she's not good enough to do that to without a dental dam, why are you with her in the first place? And if it's a communicable disease issue, it may not be her fault, but just skip that part of the party and do something else.

Now if you're asking because you think her mouth is full of germs or something and you don't want to get any on your... well... that's another issue with a bunch of other levels.
