Ayurveda treatments are very effective.The only thing is that beware of fake touristy places when you go for them.The real ayurveda places are places that will definetly ask yout o follow strict lifestyle changes and will last more than 3 days.
It would be better to go to places like Danvantheri Madam or Kottekal.These are the ones Kerelites got o for treatment.The ones in Kovalam and other tourist areas you have te be wary of.Might be OK.but the ones I mentioned are really treatment centers not spas or not ones you go for regular massages...
