go to kerela. Kerala is a place where you can find many panchakarma centers. Most of them are genuine. The only thing is you will have to rest completely for 14 days after the therapy. They do the message therapy for 14 days in which you will feel relaxed and little weak. So 15 days of rest thereafter is required with vegetarian diet and sleep only at night.
