Aging Report/Dental Billing
![]() I wanted to get any advice or opinion I could. I am a dental hygienist who is starting a new business that is dealing with dental insurances. I know that many dental offices have a long Aging Report, which means claims for services performed get denied due to lack of xray or insufficient narrative and front office staff doesn't have time to follow up on it so aging report grows as many charges get written off. We would follow up on all the denied claims, re-submit claims with all appropriate information and collect payments. Do you think it's a good idea? any advice? do you think you would use this service? Thank you. |
