...hurts so you go to the dentist and...? he says we will have to pull that tooth and he sees you are scared and so he says "let me try to comfort you..after I pull yours I will let you pull mine" How do you take this statement??? Do you change dentists or do you go more often???

Change dentists and report him to your local authorities before he does something to a child that cannot protect him/herself.

I wouldn't change dentists, because if he can't find a better dentist than ME, there must not be any good dentists!

If he really tries to put the tooth ill like to see him pull his own tooth out

I would say,
"Let me pull out your tooth first,
then you can pull out mine..."
