gum recede away from a capped tooth?

Gum Disease still happens when you have caps. You could very well have gingivitis.

im not a dentist but i think its becuz they didnt make the bite meet and your toothdropped if its on topp and if its on bottom it rised to meet the bite?!?as long as your gums arent bleeding or tender i think it is just age?

There are a few reasons why gums receed from a crowned tooth. As mentioned, gum disease is one reason. If the crown was recently placed, it could be due to the shape of the crown or temporary. A violation of the biological width can also cause the gums to receed in attempt to correct this. The crown/tooth marginal interface may be slightly irritating to the gums so they may receed from it.

Excessive pressure during cord placement when preparing the crown can lead to gum recession as well. Certain hemostatic (bleeding cessation) agents can also be irritating to the gums making them receed.
