After flouride at the dentist, how long should you wait before you eat?

i always figured 3-4 hours

I would wait at least one hour. It gives the flouride a chance to work to protect your teeth. Take care

the dentist should tell u after putting the flouride. usually u should wait like 30minutes to an hour.

30 minutes....no food or drinks (not even water)
